Not Responding Vehicles:

NR (Not responding) vehicles are a silent fungus is Tracking Industry. At Megatech, Customer care we keep a very vigilant eye on those vehicles. If vehicle is not responding for more than 24 hours, our representatives call the concerns and get updates. Letters are also sent to the users to keep them updated regarding the issue.

Complaint Management:
